Mentorship Program Volunteer!

Be a mentor to middle and high school students, guiding them through leadership development , character building, and life skills training.

Community Outreach Volunteer

Highlight the various community service projects for TVisionOutreach, such as food drives, clean up days, or charity events. Help organize community outreach efforts or lead hands on service projects that make a positive impact in our local neighborhoods.

TVisionOutreach Roles

Each position comes with different levels of commitment and availability requirements!

Vision 7v7 Volunteers Ages 18+

Coaches:

- Time commitment: Coaches are expected to attend all practices, games, and tournaments. This typically includes 1-2 practices per week on Weekends (2-3 hours each) and full weekend availability during tournaments ( which may last 1-2 days)

- Availability : Must be available for out of state travel on tournament weekends and may attend strategy meetings outside of regular practice hours.

Team Managers:

- Time commitment: Managers should attend ALL practices and games to manage and distribute equipment ( 1-2 times per week, plus game days).

- Availability: Available for practices, home games, and occasional travel for away or out of state games/ tournaments.

Team Coordinators:

- Time commitment: Team coordinators work mainly on try outs, game weekends, events, and days leading up to tournaments. They will handle logistics like organizing food, transportation, and hotel arrangements.

- Availability: Mostly required on important events, but with some pre event preparation needed in the weeks leading up.

Mentorship Program Volunteer

Mentors Ages 18+ : Mentoring guests are special visitors who join our mentorship sessions to share their expertise, life

- Time commitment: Mentors are required to attend every youth event. Each session will last about 1-2 hours. Mentors are also encouraged to engage in occasional team building or extracurricular activities with the youth.

- Availability : Mentors must commit to each event. Also should be available for mentorship training and workshops.

Program facilitators:

- Time commitment: Facilitators lead specific programs, which may require preparation before hand (2-3 hours) and running the program itself. The time commitment depends on how many programs you agree to lead.

- Availability: Needed Primarily during scheduled programs (typically on weekends or during school hours) but with flexibility depending on the number of workshops they facilitate.

Event Help:

- Time commitment: 3-6 hours per event, depending on the event's size and scope.

- Availability: needed during special events, typically held on weekends or in the evenings.

Community Service Volunteers

Ages 16+

Project Leaders: Guide specific tasks or teams during community service events. They ensure that volunteers are on track, answer questions, and help troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project.

- Time commitment: 4-8 hours on event days, with some pre-event preparation

- Availability : Primarily needed on the day of the event, with occasional planning meetings before ha

Volunteer Team Members: Volunteer Team Members play a hands on role in executing community service projects. Whether helping set up, participating in clean - ups, or assisting with community outreach, these volunteers are essential to making each event a success.

- Time commitment: 3-6 hours on event days.

- Availability: Needed on event days, typically on weekends or evenings, with flexibility
